Por mas de dos horas, una asamblea que se convoco a las siete de la noche, debatió, converso y logro en consenso elegir unos 22 vecinos que tendrán la tarea de impulsar las demás asambleas y organizar todo el trabajo dará como resultado que al fin el bloque siete del 23 de Enero pueda formar parte de la larga lista de organizaciones comunitarias que actualmente están conformadas bajo la figura de Consejos comunales.
